      - work life balance is good.

      Contras

      - they hire people in position of software engineer then give something thats not programming or technical at all. - if someone wants to build a career as software engineer they destroy it right at start. - they show they care for employees health and safety but when its time to prove it, they save money. don't show that u care for ur employees when actually u don't. be the "Man of your words". - CTC might look attractive but that has lot of bonus that u won't get even if u perform well because eventually "Company didn't perform well" factor comes in.

      Shell is a wonderful company to work for. They truly support your continued development and many employees have been here for 20+ years. The work culture is one that provides a feeling of true psychological safety.
