Contras
Bangalore office has a very bad culture of working. You feel like you are going to school as you have should have individual office attendance of 80%(Else you will not hall ticket :D). and that is part of your goal. The managers are not fit for their role and there is no motivation for the team to work. You get different work at any instant of time. they feel like you know everything and expect it to be done ASAP. Nobody supports you in your bad time. The manager will be silent when the others s scolding the person inside the team. The only thing is you have to WORK. No work-life balance. Managers will call you any time and architects are like they know everything(Even if they don't know anything).
