The hours are pretty decent

This company suffers form a serious micro management problem. From the emails to how you pack the boxes, nothing is left to chance because they firmly believe that employees are incapable of problem solving, thinking for themselves, writing a basic business email, you name it, there is no possible way you know how to do it as far as these owners are concerned. The only reason they are still in business is because they are a niche market, that is their only saving grace. They let people go without warning, will never give you a true legitimate reason as to why, serious moral compass issues here. The "manager" is nothing more than a high level errand boy for the owners of this company.
