Prós

Empresa com clima bem tranquilo e colaboradores muito amistosos e prestativos. Boa localização e no geral um bom clima para trabalhar. Ótima localização do escritório e um local bem novo, o que contribuem para um ótimo clima para trabalhar. Benefícios e salário compatíveis com o mercado.

Contras

Infelizmente o RH está muito preocupado com festas e pompas e acaba deixando os assuntos importantes de lado. Apesar das campanhas internas para que as pessoas denunciem abusos dos superiores em formato de anonimato, as denuncias são reportadas para os mesmos, que ao invés de solucionar os problemas fazem represálias para "dar o exemplo" para os demais colaboradores. Alguns diretores não gostam muito de seguir procedimentos e processos corretos para executar as coisas e por conta disso a empresa acaba tomando algum tipo de prejuízo externo ou interno.
