Good learning opportunity during the intership.

Contras

1. Lack of transparency in final evaluation process. 2. In my case Evaluation process changes 3 times in 3 days. 3. We were 3 interns , 2 got rejection mail, I am one of them and 1 get extended for 15 days and reason is he taken 15 days leaves so extending and also not sure about him. 4. In rejection mail the reason is given on review and in last meeting with HR the reason was there is no business requirements and projects upcoming in organisation, even if my manager given a good reviews and my good work details. 5. HR said no projects are there and the one of the responsibile person said already 3-4 projects are in pipeline and the team of existing employees are already made. 6. Candidate wise and intern batch wise evaluation process changed. 7. They are also not sure about the upcoming projects which they told are in pipeline.

One could write an entire novel on the downsides of this workplace. To highlight just a few:

Contras

The "Elite Club" Membership: Unless you were born into the right community, don’t bother having an opinion. You’re essentially a background character in their biopic. If you aren't part of the "chosen demographic," you’re treated like a low-level NPC with a glitch. Extreme Micromanagement: They just watch your every move until you lose all motivation. They don’t just manage; they hover with the precision of a heat-seeking missile aimed at your morale. The Office Bully: We have one specific individual who manages to generate 99% of the building's negativity. Despite having zero business in our department, he loves "poking his nose" into everyone’s business—usually right before he tries to fire them for breathing too loudly. The HR Disaster: They fired two great HR experts and replaced them with two total beginners who have no idea what they are doing. The Myth of Growth: Promotions here are like Bigfoot—everyone talks about them, but nobody has actually seen one. My "growth" has been limited to my levels of frustration. Seniority is a Sin: Management clearly thinks decades of experience can be replaced by a few wide-eyed newbies. They tried it, it failed miserably, and yet, they’re still patting themselves on the back for the "innovation." The VLI Comedy Special: The Variable Pay (VLI) is the funniest joke in the office. Seniors work weekends for pocket change while juniors on the bench are apparently being paid in gold bars for doing absolutely nothing. The "Friend & Family" Recruitment Drive: Our hiring "process" is basically a VIP guest list. Capability is optional; knowing the right person in management is the only requirement on the JD. The Bench is Full: 40% of the workforce is currently on the bench. It’s less of a company and more of a very expensive waiting room with a lot of ego clashes happening in the hallway.
