There are no real pros to working here. Lower pay compared to industry standards. Rigid working hours with no flexibility or potential for remote work. Old outdated software, technology and processes. Predatory business tactics seeking to extract money from customers.
Contras
Working here is like having a fever dream. Once the first few months of honeymoon phase wears off you are immediately put under a microscope where HR and your manager track your ever step down to your bowel movements. They do not know how to interact with people and instead hand out write ups like a 3rd grade classroom. Corners are cut at every turn and oversights by management are thrown at different staff to see where it sticks. Everyone here is working against eachother certain management will lie through their teeth to try to claw for tiny bits of perceived power. There is no opportunity here to learn anything or grow, this place is only good for temporary work while you look for a stable job elsewhere. There is blatant racism at this company and there are 2 clear groups at this company. One in group that is trusted and the rest of the employees who are put under a microscope. Avoid working with these people if possible.
