I've been really impressed with how Storyblok supports employees and recognizes their work. Many companies talk about positive work cultures, but Storyblok makes it tangible in ways that matter to you and your family.

- Yearly merit-based salary increases
- Bonus still mostly filled when we came just under our target
- Great PTO with a culture that encourages using it, including thoughtful extras for life events like getting married, moving house, and birthing parent leave (16 weeks).

As an American working for a European company, I’m constantly impressed by the benefits and the whole “treat people like humans” thing.
I’ve learned a ton from teammates all over the world, traveled to places I didn’t even know were on my bucket list, and get to work from home without feeling like someone is tracking how many times I blink. After past remote jobs that felt like digital babysitting, the freedom is ah-maz-ing.
Working at Storyblok feels like joining a global group chat where everyone’s smart, kind, collaborative, and actually trusts you to do your work.
