Since joining StructSure Projects as a Project Administrator over 10 years ago, I’ve had the opportunity to grow into the role of Corporate Trainer, a transition that has been both exciting and deeply fulfilling. This role has allowed me to leverage my experience to support new hires during onboarding and mentor incoming Project Coordinators — equipping them with the tools and guidance needed to thrive in their positions.
