While I left early in the acquisition process, it was apparent that some of the unique attributes that made Tivix stand out were starting to shift. There is a growing pain as the organization goes through changes. Salary expectation is somewhat vague. There is not much room for career growth. Given your job title, You may experience hitting a ceiling when it comes to personal growth. Job title can mean not much here as the seniority standard for engineers is really vague.
