Prós

The company arrange to help their employees to rellocate to their holiday destination. This made it much easier for me to take the step to move abroad as I didn't have to worry about accomodation, paper work, etc. It is a simple way to discover the world and there are so many different destinations you can work at. Once you have gone throught the process and secured a position, it is simple to stay within the company and go to other destinations as well.

Contras

There's limited information about what it is going to be like beforehand. The work varies a lot from destination to destination and the size of the hotels makes a big difference. You also have limited information regarding what the accommodation will be like and this can also be very different depending on the destination you are assigned. You also work a lot and don't have a lot of time off, however it is not very demanding job and you can still enjoy your time in the destination.
