TalentPop is a U.S. majority Millenial and Gen Z company, with a strong international presence in the Philippines and Jamaica. The brand is a little over two-years old, but has achieved exponential growth with regard to clients, agents, staff, and is continuously expanding. I have grown much since working there, and they are willing to teach and mentor you through new processes, and offer support. All departments and teams, come with a diverse set of education and professional experiences, including customer service, leadership, law, health and fitness, education, cultural studies, music, counseling, cosmetology, culinary arts, and engineering, so new perspectives occur naturally. W(holistic) wellness and mental health are regular conversations, and hybrid work schedules, yoga sessions, cross-cultural committees, and community building outside of work have all been implemented, with more developments coming down the pipeline.
Contras
Not so much a con, but things to be mindful of: E - Commerce is still a relatively new industry. Technology and business processes are continuously evolving, so growth mindset is important. In addition, staying curious, asking questions, and bringing challenges and new ideas to the fold is encouraged, and how much development has occurred for the brand.
