TD works on tight margins so essentially they rely on paying everyone except leadership as little as possible in order to get it all working. The workload is excessive and after 2-3 years their people realise there are no opportunities to grow and develop. After the merger with Sinex things have gone worse as they are closing some departments, automating customer service which ultimately means a worse service to their clients.
