Clear with requirements. Nothing special I can find out.

I worked as a writer for the company. They don't respect freelancer time and have also not paid me for the last assignment, even when I told them I am busy with other projects and won't be readily available. Their management is also not great. In the beginning, they talked rudely and disrespected me. Even with some misunderstandings, I continued to work. In the last phase, I told them I am not available and they were still expecting miracles. This kind of behavior speaks volume about their practices. I wouldn't recommend either the CEO or the company for any kind of work.

Thank you for your feedback and we are quite concerned about the series of events. We are quite aware about how freelance market works and how work is delivered by freelancers at highest professional level. We engage freelancers on daily basis for various kind of work. It is very disheartening to see when a freelancer is unable to deliver the work even after giving multiple deadlines and price hikes and blames the company for holding up the payment. On the other note, it is quite surprising that same freelancer comes back to the company again and ask for the work.

no work management some managerial people doesn't have sense to talk with people. they easily insult anyone in front of whole company.
