Working at TechMatrix has been a really positive experience for me. The team culture is genuinely supportive — colleagues are approachable, encouraging, and always ready to help. As part of the PMO team, I’ve had the opportunity to contribute to live projects early on, which has accelerated my learning and confidence. The leadership is transparent and approachable, and there’s a strong emphasis on personal and professional development. The company gives a lot of exposure to different industries, which keeps things exciting and insightful. It's a great place to grow if you’re willing to take initiative.

Work-life balance can sometimes be challenging, especially during high-pressure project phases. Also, as the company continues to grow, some internal processes are still evolving, so we may need to be proactive and adaptable.
