Vacation and sick leave are great. Insurance could be better. They think that the benefits make up for lack of pay. They can't keep good workers because of salary
Contras
Lots of under the table negotiations going on as far as who benefits. You have to kiss alot of frogs if you want to go anywhere. They don't value their lower paid employees. Lots of backbiting
