What once was quality, is now "just another retailer"! - Avaliação de funcionários no cargo de Visual Sales - Part Time na empresa The Container Store

Management only cares about the numbers these days. They are being pushed so hard to keep labor down so low that it is no longer the great Container Store that most of us remember. I visited the store today and found only 5 people working; General Store Manager and another Manager gossiping down the isles avoiding customers, two other employees were on the registers and one person left to tend to customers. This place is not what it once was.
