The company culture is not what it once was. The amazing thing about working for TCS was the "employee first" culture that the company was widely known for in the past. TCS at one time was always on the top 10 of Fortune's 100 best and I would take pride in people always commenting on this and asking me what it was like to work for them. Sadly, this culture is long gone and the morale of the employees and belief in senior management is fading. Company sales are continuing to fall and the company has had it's recent fair share of layoffs.
