The Marketing Manager should work for free, as the help she gives can be obtained for free from Chat GPT or Google.
There are clear favourites here, and every day is a battle to mute and ignore the many internal WhatsApp groups trying to make advisors pay for or buy into the directors' other business.
The Advisors are split between the Directors' friends, who get the proper leads and opportunities, and the newly appointed advisors, who are only there to clean up the mess of remortgages from advisors who have left the business.
It is ironic to see the director advertise that they are running a free webinar on how to build long-term success, when this could not be further from the truth.
