- extremely unqualified leadership - they play the favorites game. If you're one of the favorites, you're golden. If you're not, you'll get thrown under the bus anytime management makes a mistake. - the overall work environment is very stressful. They don't respect work-life-balance. - there is no room for growth or career advancement within the company - unless you are in a specific leadership role, you don't have a voice and they don't care about your opinion - they change rapidly - sometimes it's a good change and sometimes it's a poorly thought out change that negatively impacts the employees.
