The clinics themselves have nice equipment and young, personable staff. There is also a good reputation with the top local surgeons, so there is a consistent referral source.

For PT's, this is the definition of mill-work. Three patients/hour and forced to perform manual treatment. PTA's oversee the therex, but they are overworked as well, with two PTA's supposedly "supervising" 20+ patients in the gym at once. The patients are basically on their own as far as technique. Yes, there is a young staff which is fun, but everyone outside of management is under 30, which demonstrates that they burn out their staff and have massive turnover. At work, the conversation among staff largely consists of how they can't stand the company, and that they are actively seeking other employment.
