Used to be great, but everything seems to be falling apart

Company claims they're not doing well but management still takes management fee... outlets keep closing down, any new brand launched under this leadership, cannot seem to succeed. Now they're left with only 1 Timbre outlet....
Toxic environment. Filled with people who doesnt do their job. One of the managers plays video games and watches youtube videos at the smoking area half the time and orders colleagues around to get lunch. Also super disrespectful to tenants and other colleagues.
Managers at timbre don't exactly manage anybody in the department as they're usually promoted to fill the gap because management refuses to hire more people.
Blame Culture. When you get too involved in everything, you get blamed for more mistakes. Gotta be on your toes at all time
