      From the company's perspective, it feels like rapid growth tech, but unlike startups has a very solid foundation. Vast possibilities to keep growing and make the Web a bigger and better place. Upper management are very friendly and really care about the work/life relationships with employees. As an employee, life at Ephox is what you make of it. You're put in a position to succeed, and plenty of room for personal growth. And the perks of free lunch, flexible work schedules, and outings just to name a few benefits are really cool.

      The company does a lot of great things for employees. This includes work life balance exercises, making sure that we have options for enhancing our education and doesn't quibble over vacation/sick time. They care genuinely about their employees.
