Owner/upper management has little to no involvement with the school except for a couple visits here and there and a long list of job responsibilities for employees in the school. They don’t see growth and you won’t grow with the company. There is no growth opportunities ,pay is very little and you are expected to juggle many job descriptions with no acknowledgment.
School is very outdated. Esthetics and nails need more attention as far as equipment,products and the space allowed to perform the services.
Hey, stop it there are absolutely no benefits for full-time workers like PTO and 401(k).
