Pay is low. They recruit top-tier people and then pay them lower than market wages. The executive leadership team has been a revolving door ever since Platinum Equity bought the company. As soon as they identify a problem, they fire people or "restructure" the organization. There is no accountability for lack of leadership and poor planning. They treat the HR dept poorly and as a result there has been almost 2x turnover since 2023. It's not worth the headaches. No hybrid or remote work allowed + low pay + high probability of losing your job on a whim. The risk is yours. You've been warned. They've had 3 different heads of HR in 3 years.
