Virtual Lingos strives to have the best culture possible, it truly does care about it's employees and will go out of it's way to help in any way possible. V.L. listens to every employee and is constantly hacking their processes and workplace. They also look for as much feedback as possible from it's customers including monthly quality calls, monthly sit in's and customer surveys with every email sent.

Virtual Lingos is a brand new company with only 11 months under it's belt at the moment of this post. With that said, the team is really small with only 14 people which makes everyones job position very diverse and a lot of work.

If you want to join a company that is growing everyday, Virtual Lingos is the place! I joined the team 7 months ago, and could not be happier. I come to work everyday thinking "what new things can I add to the workplace today?" The reason? My ideas are heard and appreciated. I love feeling that I am a part of a team.

As any other new company, we are learning everyday...this is not really a negative, but a BIG opportunity. We strive to keep our clients happy wether they are individuals or corporate. If you are ready to get your feet wet, then this is the place to be.
