Alguns benefícios são positivos, mas nada além do mercado

Contras

Gerente de RH, Ana é tudo menos humana, não tem compromisso nenhum com as pessoas, não é confiável, nem transparente. Mente e cai em contradição o tempo todo. CFO, Jair é completamente perdido, só sabe contratar gente (porque não quer trabalhar de verdade) e delegar, na verdade não é delegar é delargar, porque as pessoas não tem prioridades, não sabe o que estão fazendo e o porque. Para piorar é desrespeitoso, fala mal de um para o outro pelas costas e cria intriga, usa palavras de baixo calão e até preconceituosas para se referir as pessoas, tudo isso ao invés de criar times e conexões. Demais membros da Diretoria não fazem nada, assistem tudo de braços cruzados, porque tem outros interesses.

When I first started in 2024, it was great, all my team members were great to work with, and provided a lot of help and support, and helped get me acclimated to the specifics of the job.

Contras

Once there was a change in leadership, the work life balance took a nose dive, work loads became unbearable. I watched many people get laid off, and being given vague explanations, and communication and project outlines went down hill. If someone is doing something that needs to change to improve performance or processes, they are not told until months later and they let it build, and management will say that they are going to help, and will find resources to help, but then they dont. And when you have 1 on 1s and you tell management what you would like to do while at the company, it feels like it isn't taken seriously, and you feel like a broken gear with no direction.
