This change to much, like overnight and also not everyone is ever on same page which makes it hard to know what you should and shouldn't do

Pros, Patients and talking with them and hearing how they got "sold" on beaches and false promises. Helping them feel better about being away from home and listening to what they had to say. Help them in a awful situation in which they feel cheated as they told me they felt.

Everything! I have worked for some companies I didn't care for, but this takes the CAKE and I mean the BIG CAKE! Don't expect a thing or any promises. Don't expect to be cared for, don't expect to be a human. Your just another worker and you do what your told. I knew before I went in this may be bad and it was WORSE! I could sit here all day, just RUN! That's my advice.
