Some decent people within the Team trying to do their best under difficult circumstances.

Unreasonable expectations from management, lots of talk of support but nothing comes from it, Director once said in front of me and a client 'My people are available 24/7' but nobody told me that when I started. They seem to think it's reasonable to burn their staff out with little care for your well being. Allocators and Area Managers work 12 hour days consistently and get terribly compensated. I was told by a Director that I should be on sites by 7:30 in the morning, and we were having meetings running until 5:30 at night. This was considered to be fine.

Expectations and goals are set in a realistic manner. I have the freedom to try new things. Effort is rewarded. The problems I take are interesting to me.

No real complaints for the moment.
