      Technical debt and unclear leadership direction made it difficult to produce impactful insights. Projects were frequently reprioritized without context, and data quality issues were widespread. The company’s structure and leadership approach limited meaningful contributions. Leadership often lacked a clear understanding of data concepts or how analytics could support business goals, leading to misaligned projects and poor data quality. It was hard to make an impact or grow in this setting.

      - Flex PTO was nice - Decent work life balance - Remote work

      - When I received my promotion I was told that I would get back pay for the start of the year, they cancelled that and only gave us stock options -HR messed up my W2 more than once, AND DIDN'T PAY me one time. They accidentally switched my role to hourly when I was a salaried employee. - My manager promised I promotion that came a year late with a 2% salary increase.. - There was no growth trajectory - My manager lied to me on multiple occasions
