The management team at eSolutions has always been extremely generous, realistic and open to new ideas. They are fantastic at celebrating wins from any employee, whether a seasoned pro or new hire. As a new project coordinator I have been given almost unlimited opportunities to grow my career and learn from great mentors who were honest and approachable. eSolutions demands a strong work ethic and expects employees to go above and beyond when needed, but as a fast-paced digital agency, this is just part of the job in my opinion. Once you prove yourself at eSolutions, you are open to many possibilities. The management team has also been fantastic at responding and actually changing my role when I asked for altered or new experience and challenges. Fantastic overall experience.
Contras
Sometimes extra time or hours are required at eSolutions, but that is to be expected in any agency environment, especially in the digital/ marketing sector. And doing overtime/ extra work does not get overlooked - management notices these team players and rewards them.
