My experience at this company was mostly negative. Projects are highly disorganized, frequently delayed, and often come with poorly written or nonexistent requirements. Many tasks are sent informally via Slack and marked as urgent/ASAP/EOD(Hi Jenni!), making proper planning impossible. PMs lack alignment, which results in Implementation Consultants and Engineers being overworked, often handling 5–7 projects at the same time. Upper management appears disconnected and unaware of what is actually happening in the projects. I do not recommend this company.
