Prós
If you are from Vietnam, you will have a lot of good things, like health care plan, travels, a lot of good promises kept, but you will need to work as a slave, without receive for your extra working hours. If you will work with CS, it is better you get used to it. But you can receive a bugdet of some dolars to buy a coffee during the happy hour.
Contras
If you are living outside Vietnam, congratulations! All the cons goes to you. You will receive five days in the year for sick leave, they just reimburse half of the half of your healthcare plan, and they do not care with your opinion. But regardless of where you live, you'll work like a slave, working overtime almost every day and getting paid. Most of the promises they make to you during hiring will not be kept, and there's no use complaining, after all, who told you to agree to work with them?
