People are amazing and unbelievably capable. Everyone is available to help others, and knowledge sharing is a must. The company culture is rock-solid, and I feel like this significantly comes from our interview process, where culture fit is a big deal. It's also being improved year over year, backed by many internal surveys requesting employee feedback. Even though we are a startup, with all the "rushed" decisions made throughout the years, the company is very organized. There's an ongoing process of decoupling teams and services. Part of a bigger plan to restructure and pay our tech dept. Very healthy for the size we're reaching.

I've known Constructor from a friend who had been working here for a few years. Once I finally gave in and started the interview process, I was really surprised at how awesome the culture is and how good everyone is as well. It's a pleasure to work here. Here's hoping to much more!
