Systemic breach of trust - promises or benefits discussed on your interview mean nothing. Transparency here is rewarded with systematic cuts without negotiation or valid explanations. This creates a culture of unethical practices that have destroyed my professional trust.
Gaslighting and bad faith is the culture here; benefits will be used as clear tactical move to secure any extra effort and commitment on your side with no intention of following through. Despite its multinational position, this company is plagued by poor management that shies from having tough conversations. They would choose to level everyone at the basis in lieu of building clear and transparent guidelines on what requirements and results would grant you benefits beyond that.
Carrer stagnation - during my whole time here, I have watched management choose to hire new professionals for senior positions time and again, instead of promoting those who kept the project afloat during critical times, whose institutional knowledge can only be acquired after years and years of contribution to the company.
Like most corporate HRs, Euronet's department exists to protect the company and does not uphold fairness. My case was a clear-cut verbal contract but without a paper trail (a lesson I learned too late) they side with management revisionist history. Despite escalations, due to the extremely toxic environment that management implements (threats, micromanaging, lack of accountability, emotional illiteracy, reckless decision making, insecurity, and promoting a CYA culture), they prefer to lose employees than to work with these managers to create a healthy and secure workplace.
