Amazing products and innovation. There are very passionate people. Salary is bellow average but with great and diverse company benefits.
Contras
The company needs more alignment, prioritization and collaboration across all levels and teams. Ways of working is very siloed and within some teams competitive , also because of the constant high preasure environment where everything is urgent with no trade offs. This removes critical thinking even when speaking with clients and partners.
