The work schedule is usually flexible, and management doesn’t bother you about it
Contras
Don’t expect to find many above-average people here. Most employees are actually below average. If you enjoy working with high-performing, driven professionals, forget it, the overall talent level is quite poor. For a company with around 600–700 employees, the bureaucracy feels like a 30,000-person corporation. Endless, pointless processes everywhere. Too many managers, directors, and VPs who don’t actually lead anyone, creating a bizarre org chart full of people who think they’re in charge but make no real decisions. The leadership team (C-level) seems to have no idea what they’re doing. They make a decision one day, change it the next, and then revert again later. The company has an incredible ability to believe it’s far better than it really is, while competitors are probably laughing.
