      Company is good, but you're just a number

      Prós

      - The company is made by the people, and in general, all the workers are very nice and helpful. They’ll welcome you and help you. The major pro at SecurityScorecard is the people. - They also offer PTOs, and they’re really unlimited. In general, you can take whatever days you want to; no one is going to judge you for it. - Depending on your manager, the deadlines are going to be reasonable and achievable.

      Contras

      - Sadly, the major pro is also what the directors and C-levels mostly ignore. Layoffs are very, very common. The overall mood is that you’re always afraid of losing your job, and it can happen for no reason. Sometimes they want to start a new project or cut some costs, and they cut people randomly—not based on performance or reviews. Your manager won’t have an answer for why you’ve been fired. - The salary is lower than the market. - Bonuses are not clear, and nobody really knows when they earn 100% or less. - Very often, the owner of the company doesn’t really care about his words, and he can be rude in company meetings, to everyone. The overall mood in the company is one of fear when presenting something if the owner is in the meeting.

      Empresa pé no chão, bom ritmo de trabalho, espaço para ter voz e influenciar, colegas com ótimo nivel de conhecimento, bons desafios e boa remuneração

      Contras

      Não é uma empresa na vibe que muita gente espera no quesito remuneração, investem muito mais em sustentabilidade e médio a longo prazo do que salários astronomicos.
