- Fully remote with a workflow that truly respects this way of working.
- A small and great team of experienced developers
- As a full-stack developer, I had the opportunity to wear a lot of hats and I love it. Back-end, front-end, cloud infrastructure, etc. In other words, constant learning.
- Managers are truly part of the team and we can get easily reach them if needed.

- I count this as a pro, but since we're a small team we need to wear many hats and some people might find this uncomfortable.
