I have nothing bad to say about the company and or it benefits package I still haven’t found all the in and out about the company and all it rewards and perks it has to offer to all employees

2y 401k vesting. Up to 5% match. Bonus paid partially in stock with a few years prior to vest. 2 weeks of vacation per year up until 10y of employment.

15 Days of PTO and 10ish paid holidays. Sick time as needed but sometimes the needs of a 24/7 operation can make it difficult to take time off but depending on what plant you're at you can get what you ask for. Pretty good 401K matches and options for a pension plan.

They no longer offer a vested pension. Only a cash balance pension. Insurance isn’t near as good as what it has been in the past. Can’t say much good about the place. Company was great to work for 10 or so years ago but it has gone down considerably.
