• Adoption Assistance
• Leaves of absence for Medical and Personal needs
• Paid Parental Leave for all regular team members who are eligible up to four weeks at 100% pay for either birth of the team member’s child, birth of the team member’s child through surrogacy, adoption (or qualifying activities prior to adoption), foster care (or qualifying activities prior to custody), permanent guardianship.
• Paid Time Off for vacation and personal needs starting at a minimum of two weeks (excluding any States that may require integration of dedicated sick leave policies). Team members begin to accrue their Paid Time Off from the first day of employment to ensure that the earned time can be available to team members to take at their choosing.
