"401k plan with 5% matching which is typical. Target offers a Roth and Traditional option and you can elect to participate in 1 or both. The Roth does not match. The outside vendor is professional and you have access to either personally change your investment or pay the outside vendor to assist you. There are not many funds to elect for investing and, thus, this is one down side as in 2014 most funds were not performing that well so it made me overly aggressive in 1 particular mutual fund. The pension is totally 100% employer sponsored and is an additional bonus. It will not be a large amount but projected payments are $258/month which would pay for some bills upon retirement.
