Diversity at Bose is not a choice. It is who we are and who we aspire to be. Our founder, Dr. Amar G. Bose, who himself was of Indian descent, grounds us in our mission and commitment to growing in diversity.

Dr. Bose envisioned a corporation where "each and every one of us [can] work in a climate that allows individuals to reach their fullest human potential." To do that, he hoped to create an atmosphere "where we encourage, applaud, and recognize the accomplishments of our peers; where we learn to trust and believe in ourselves and each other; where no one is afraid to speak up, or go beyond what is expected, or question what is already accepted practice". He recognized that his
