As we highly value diversity, it’s a priority to put our belief into action around the world. We organize a Gender Equality Tour in our different locations to raise awareness and reinforce our commitment to this fundamental value. Another way we encourage women’s inclusion is by offering IT training and certification in our Moroccan offices.

… And being a partner for education.
We initiated young Moroccans from the neighborhood of El Jadida to the engineering professions in our offices. In India, we are working hand-in-hand with an NGO to help the students of two schools. We are providing them the support of elect
