Tedious, very common among bpo companies. They conduct an initial job interview, then an exam and typing test, and then they do a final interview. In-between these you have to wait 1-2 hours sometimes almost 5 hours to get called and give you the result. You need an entire day to apply.

Pretty simple interview process and results will be announced in 2-3days. I went through referral but there is option to go though consultancy and walk in. For voice process they have 4 rounds. 1. One on One interview with recruitment team. 2. Versant test 3. Technical test 4. Mock call
