The interview process started with an initial screening call with HR. It was mainly an introduction to the company and included basic questions such as introducing myself, discussing my experience, and sharing my current and expected salary. After 3 days, there was a second interview “character interview” It was scheduled for 30–45 minutes, but ended up lasting about an hour. It was quite long, but the questions were mostly normal and not as difficult as some reviews here point out. Most of the questions focused on personality and situational scenarios rather than technical topics. The last 15 minutes were spent discussing my experience, with detailed questions about the information listed on my CV. Just be prepared that the interview may take some time and that the focus will be more on your character and how you handle situations. They mentioned that there would be a technical interview as the next step if passed. However, I did not move forward and received a feedback email about two weeks after the character interview.

I applied online and was contacted for a phone call, followed by an in-person interview. The entire experience was one of the worst I’ve ever had. The interview was disorganized, unprofessional, and filled with irrelevant questions that had nothing to do with the actual job. The interviewer was rude and dismissive, making the whole process uncomfortable and unproductive.
