I was invited to a group interview that lasted 2 hours. There was a styling challenge where you picked out an outfit with a partner for an imaginary customer. Then you had to complete an assessment that was a priority list assignment. Finally, questions for the group.

The interview was very easy and quick. They ask you your recent experience, why you enjoy retail, and questions about working with customers. The phone screening before the interview is simple where they go over experience. The in store interview is more in-depth where they are getting a feel for your personality and customer service skills.
