I had an initial video call (sound only) with HR in New York, going over experience and motivations. This was followed a week later by a video call with a director (NYC again) - standard behavioural questions. 2-3 weeks later I was asked to interview on site. This consisted of 3 separate interviews with different team members of 1 hour each, finished by a 30 min data set exercise in excel.
