For the interview they first conducted a quick phone call to tell you about the position and ask why you were interested in the job. They were extremely honest and friendly with you. Asked you about you availability, where you heard of the job, what you knew of the company, etc. Then they scheduled you for an in person interview. The actual physical interview was very pleasant. They offered you a drink and made you feel very comfortable. I came early and the front desk staff were very nice and offered tips about transit (as I had just moved.) They then took me into a room and asked me how I was doing and went over some standard interview questions. There were two interviewers and they were very relaxed and cracked some jokes. Were really easy to talk to and didn't make you feel pressured. They asked some very interesting questions that you wouldn't hear in your typical interview.
