came in the next day and started to work right away. had to fill out some paper work and that was pretty much the whole process of me getting started at 1800 got junk

Asked one question “tell me about yourself?” I think the operations manager just wanted anybody he saw fit for the job physicality wise. Very easy and simple— most of the time spent in the interview was breaking down and clarifying the pay.
General questions about past employment. Questions were also asked regarding the resume submitted. Additionally, there was a focus on how well one works with a team as well as any physical complications one may have.
Sat down with the manager and was asked about strengths, weaknesses, and about my job experience and intention for employment. We then scheduled a “try-out” where team leads would evaluate me.
