When I applied for a full-time server role, the process began with a phone screening where they asked about my experience and availability. Then, I had an in-person interview where they asked about handling busy shifts and difficult customers. Sometimes, they ask you to do a short trial shift to see how you perform in real-time. At the end, we discussed pay, hours, and expectations, and I had the chance to ask my own questions about the role.

The interview process has 2 stages. First iv would be with Head of Department. Second iv is by the HR. The question asked also direct, professional and reasonable. No nonsense, personal related kind of questions.
